Martha Justice became a licensed and bonded private investigator (PI) in 2017. She opened an investigative company called 4Justice, LLC and has provided investigative services to Oklahoma Criminal Justice Act (CJA) panel attorneys, local attorneys and private clients in the state of Oklahoma.
Martha retired as a Special Agent (SA) of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in 2012 with almost 24 years of service. Martha began her career with the FBI in 1989. After she graduated from new agent training at the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia, Martha was assigned to the New Orleans division of the FBI. Martha’s first investigative assignment in New Orleans was working background investigations and civil rights matters. Thereafter, she successfully conducted criminal investigations in narcotics violations, violent crime, organized crime and white-collar crime, which included health care fraud, insurance fraud, bank fraud, bankruptcy fraud, money laundering, wire and mail fraud.
Transferred to the Oklahoma City division of the FBI, Martha was assigned to investigate white-collar crime. After 9/11, Martha’s criminal career path was geared towards domestic terrorism and national security investigations. Martha’s training and experience allowed her to become proficient in investigations of national security and counterintelligence matters.
Martha was responsible for managing the local chapter as the program coordinator of the Oklahoma City division InfraGard program. The mission of InfraGard was to improve and extend information sharing between private industry professionals and the FBI to protect our critical national infrastructures. This required excellent communication and interpersonal skills, public speaking, organizing board meetings, monthly InfraGard meetings, and quarterly conferences. Martha also held acting supervisory positions during her employment with the FBI.
Prior to joining the FBI, Martha was employed by Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in their office of government affairs in Washington, D.C. and the American Bankers Association in Washington, D.C.
